Private Health Services Plans will now be administered by long term PHSP provider - Olympia Benefits

As you were recently informed by mail, effective August 1st, 2010 all Tax Free Health Private Health Services Plans (PHSPs) will be administered by Olympia Benefits Inc.

Olympia Benefits has been providing PHSP administration services since 1996 to businesses across Western Canada. Today, Olympia administers Private Health Services Plans for more than 26,000 businesses in Canada, and more than 70,000 employees. We have spent considerable time working with the management of Olympia Benefits to ensure a smooth transition for our loyal customers. Olympia has a very strong reputation in the PHSP industry and you can rest assured that customer service and quality will be maintained.

For many of our customers, the transition into using Olympia Benefits will be so smooth it is almost unnoticeable. For others, there may be some minor, necessary adjustments in order to work effectively with Olympia’s systems. Tax Free Health and Olympia Benefits both appreciate your understanding and patience if minor adjustments are necessary. When the transition is complete, your health and dental claims will be turned around quickly – and as always – returned to you as a tax free benefit!
